Local conversations

AI Chat requires no account. Conversation history and preferences are kept on your device. There is no developer-hosted cloud history or account synchronisation. You can delete conversations in the app or erase the app data in Android settings.

AI requests

Sending a prompt transmits its text, included text attachments and the conversation context needed for the answer to our AWS endpoint in Stockholm, then to OpenRouter and the selected model provider. These providers process this information to generate the reply; their privacy terms also apply. Local history storage does not mean that prompts stay offline. Do not include sensitive information that is unnecessary for your request.

Advertising

AI Chat includes Google AdMob. Where required, the Google consent flow determines whether ads may be requested and personalised. AdMob can process advertising identifiers, IP-derived approximate location, device information, app interactions and diagnostic data for advertising, measurement and fraud prevention. You can change your consent through the app privacy options and reset or delete the advertising identifier in Android settings. No ads are requested when the consent SDK does not allow them.

Tools and permissions

Device permissions are requested by the features that need them, such as camera, microphone, photos, notifications and location. Many tools work locally; network-based tools send their query and any necessary location or selected content to the service providing the result. Opening an external website is subject to that website’s privacy policy. You can refuse or revoke permissions in Android settings.

Voluntary content reports

Using Report in a response menu asks for your confirmation before sending only the selected response (up to 8,000 characters), app version and interface language to our report service hosted by Cloudflare. Reports are privately stored for review for up to 90 days, then expire automatically. No full conversation is attached automatically. A short-lived IP-based abuse limit protects this endpoint; the IP address is not saved with the report. The endpoint does not expose stored reports publicly.

Security and recipients

AI requests and reports use HTTPS. AWS, OpenRouter, model hosts, Google and Cloudflare process the data required for the functions described here; processing may occur outside your country. We do not sell conversation history. The app has no separate analytics or crash-reporting service. Advertising SDK measurement is described above. No security measure can guarantee absolute protection.

Your choices and contact

You can use local tools without sending an AI prompt, delete local conversations, decline optional permissions, and manage ad privacy choices. This general-purpose app is intended for adults and is not directed at children. Changes to this policy will appear on this page.
